In two days I will start working in shifts. Five days 6 am - 3 pm, two days off. Five days 2 pm - 11 pm, two days off. Off days are not weekends but whenever it happens. Five days 11 pm - 6 am, two days off. I am already stressed and I believe this will further contribute to the unwanted development of situation. Do any experienced “shifters” have hints for this situation? What about eating during night shifts? I am in cutting phase right now, 46th day… Tnx.
