Everything has been going well so far; so heres what ive been doing for 3 cycles fo far:
sunday-press
monday-deads
tuesday-off
wednesday- bench
thursday-squat
friday-rest
saturday-rest
I am heading into deload week of 3rd cycle and am wondering if shifting each day back by one would be ok? (e.g. saturday press, sunday deads, monday off etc)?? I just want to do this because its more convenent for time. I have less time during the week. Would starting the deload today (saturday) hinder recovery while heading into cycle 4? ( i dont plan on doing a lot for the deload, just everything rx’d nothing more)
