Shift Worker / Proper Nutrition?

Hi, first time poster here.

I was looking for suggestions on how to maintain a proper diet and nutrition intake while working shift work, specifically 12 hour rotating shifts.

I need to drop about 30 pounds, and I am finding it hard to maintain a disciplined eating regimen due to the way I work.

Any suggestions from ppl whove overcome the same issue, or who work shift?
