30mls of Test E that has been hidden in a non-climate controlled garage for 4 months now. Safe to use? Still potent?

Should be. Check the expiry date.

And even if it has passed, worst case scenario is that it’s just not as potent as stated.

Thanks. It was homebrew (not by me) but I think the batch was made last Aug-Sept. I was just wondering about it being out there going hot to cold, etc.
