I have a tub of my old creatin powder i used over a year ago. It expired last month…any good or buy a new one?
I did a lil research on the 'net and most creatine products have a shelf life of 2 years. The quality appears to degrade after that. My take on the situation is…use it and see if it works. Can’t hurt!
i don’t wanna waste my time…but…i really don’t think i can notice if it works or not…with MAG 10 in use.
