I found this 13 week program on Tnation. My question… Do you reset your 1RM throughout the cycle or stick with your starting 1RM established pre-week 1?
Also, if there are better training guides you have used (Sheiko), I’m interested.

There are plenty of calculators out there.
I also have a thread about new sheiko programs that are available on his website.
My understanding of sheiko is that you set your TM monthly.
You can do 3 in a row with the same TM, or you can do a month and retest.
From what I can tell, you never change your TM until you have completed an entire block of training. (1 month intervals)
