How do you handle it if you have a vacation planned and miss a weeks worth of workouts? do you just do the week you missed when coming back from vacation, repeat the week you did before the vacation or something else?
Either pick up where you left off or repeat the week you last did. Do what suits your circumstances better.
Skipping the week I missed never works out well for me. But that is an option (especially if you have a meet lined up)
A lot depends on how far out from a meet you are. Anything over about eight weeks and it really shouldn’t matter.
