Sheiko: A Food Log

Since There is not a diet log section on this site I thought I would create a separate thread since I don’t think that diet should belong within a training log since it makes posts too long and a big wall of text. I currently weight in at 252,5lbs and will be looking to kind of stay about the same wieght, or possibly drop a few pound to go down to the 231lb weight class in the CPU. I am planning on trying to eat whole food as this makes it a hell of a lot easier to track macros/calories.

Still think I need to eat more whole foods, but I was craving donair so that what I got for dinner. They more then likely put me up around the 3k calories for the day. I the future I will be trying to eat more whole foods as it’s a hell of alot easier to track as i found out today

Overall not a bad session. It was nice to get back into knee wraps again as I’m preparing to make the head first jump into single ply with the help of ramzy. Getting a super cent and a fury for first set of get also have an f6 that’s on size too big so it might be come a training shirt.
