I have a sharp pain in my right lat. It never hurts during any exercise, only randomly in the day, while I'm sitting down. It's near my scalpula, but it definatly feels like it's on 'meaty' part of my lat. The pain almost feels like it's 'pulsing'(like a heartbeat) where the pain is whenever it's hurting. But the pain is random, I can't find anything that really triggers it, and only hurts like 40 percent of the day, but when it hurts, it's usually VERY prominent. I've tried foam rolling the spot with a tennis and golf ball, but it seems to no avail. Any help?? I don't want to continue working out with this pain and end up tearing something, but like I said, it doesn't hurt at all during my lifting.
