ive heard some really good things about this stuff, ive used regular fish oil pills for a long time but have been told that shark oil is better for joints, and fish oil is more cognital which i knew, so i bought some shark oil last night, anybody know a lot about this stuff or have had any experience with it good or bad ?

Top end of the food chain does tend to lead to higher levels of mercury in the animal, so an increased risk perhaps.
I usually take a few tabs along with my komodo dragon post-workout meal.
…regular fish oil is fine for me.
all good points, i just figured if it was better than fish oil for joints id give it a try, was do you guys use for joint care if you do so ?
