This is going to be my log.
Past story: Was heavy into training, doing 5x5, and measuring my food, eating clean meals 6 times a day, and so on.
Now i’m back to my previous skinny fat… scratch that, fat self.
Back in the gym: learnt proper form for front squats.
Will be monitoring my diet, one cheat meal a week, upping protein, and keeping track of work outs. (been procrastinating on this)
