Shane54 Goes Wild: RAW 770 @ 18

Shane54 - awesome lifts. Are you competing? If not you need to get out there and smash some records.

What are you wearing while you are deadlifting? They look like sweat pants, you might want to get in the habit of wearing a singlet (or a suit) if you choose to compete.

Also not to be a dick but you slightly hitch your really heavy weights, ie the 350 so that wouldn’t count in a competition. I say that not to demean the lift at all, as I have posted before you are literally at world record level, but to mentally prepare you for it if you choose to compete.

Good luck with everything, I will look for you on the cover of Powerlifting USA!

best deadlift: Wildauer, 352,5 kg

short review:

the organisation was perfect.
good and loud music, strong athletes and a perfect atmosphere.

the referees were very strict but fair. in my opinion it was like an international competition.

my attempts:
bench press:
opener: 374 FAILED
cause I didnt make a stopp but very easy to press.

2.attempt: 396 FAILED
same thing…

3.attempt: 396 VALID
was a very long stopp, realy long but easy to press.

deadlift:
opener: 726 VALID
very easy

2.attempt: 759 VALID

3.attempt: 775.5 VALID
the lockout was hard.

I did the highest deadlift at the competition.
