On heavy lifts (let’s say 80%+) my legs often would shake, mostly from about mid shin to just above the knees. I started doing heavy RDLs for a while and this stopped completely, but two months ago I dropped RDLs (peaking for a meet) and the shaking started to come back. Has anyone else had a similar experience? I see that lots of lifters’ legs shake on heavy lifts so it seems pretty common. I have never missed a lift due to this, but it doesn’t feel great and I would probably be better off not shaking.
Weak posterior chain where hamstrings/glutes start to give out. And / or improper technique.
Edit: So keep doing hamstring work like you were doing.
