Shaking After a Set

Putting a few hundred lbs on your back or across your shoulders& raising & lowering it qualifies as stress :slight_smile:

Think of the shaking as your body saying “Whoa; WTF was that?! I better grow some more muscle to counter-act what this fool is putting me through”

I get nauseous on leg day mainly if I ate too close to the workout - feel like crap but I gut it out
