Following 531+progression & main work rep schemes. Supplemental & assistance work volume & intensity relative to main work. Today should have been heavy deadlifts but easing my way back after almost 2weeks off. Lats & triceps were hella sore after first day back.
Bw squatt’n & 3rd world holdin’. Looots of dislocates. Hangin around the Smith machine frame.
