Has anyone seen this crap advertised? What kind of person would actually believe this crap? They’ve been advertising it for a while so I guess someone is buying it. I can sort of understand why people would believe in the idea of only using machines for really high reps to ‘tone’ but this is ridiculous. The thought makes me sad.
