  1. How look ur precontest cycles AAS?
  2. Do u use Testo Base(suspension) precontest or off season? If yes, 1 or 2 times/day(50mg AM and 50mgPM) or how?
  3. About gh in precontest u use SQ on empthy stomach AM before cardio and IM before sleep in the night? Never use IM 60-90 minutes before weights training like in off season?
  4. In off aas i will take only AM IM or SQ 3ui GH??

Sorry for too much questions but i forgot ask u something, i do gh IM in shoulders but my upper body is too big, legs is a weak part body…gh IM in quads will help grow my legs or dosent matter? How u do with weak body? Where u take IM gh?

  1. This is very individual and changes from person to person (and show to show). I have written quite a lot about this in previous threads - start by doing a search here on the site and reading what’s already been put out there. Then if you have specific questions, come back and check with me.
  2. If i use this, it’s only the last 3-4 weeks pre show (and only if I decide to cut other esters or cut test completely). The dosage changes (baseline 50-100mg pre workout once per day)
  3. The first half of your question yes you are correct (for burning fat pre show specifically) - SQ on an empty stomach in the morning before cardio. I’m sorry I don’t understand the second half of this question.
  4. SQ 3 iu in the morning is fine

Generally GH does not help you grow locally no (IGF1 and MGF may help this way if you can get the real thing). There is no point putting it into a weak body part (it does help with injuries or fat loss locally, but not for strength or muscle growth).

I wanted say, if u do gh before weighs training in precontest? Example-2ui SQ in the morning before cardio, 2ui IM 60-90 minutes before weihts training and 2 ui IM in the night?

Yes that makes sense now and yes that’s fine what you suggested there.

Not even a question - pharmacy is ALWAYS the better choice. There is zero real GH from China at this point. If you are lucky you’ll get a mix of sugar powder and diuretics.

Hello shadow! My guestion is a bit hypothetical but if you were back in time knowing what you kniw now how would you progress your cycles from a beignet stand point to the advanced level and than pro level? Keeping health a priority of course? Assuming training and nutrition are on point !
Example- first cycle 500 test 10 mg Nolva hcg
Second cyclle- same?
Third cycle same or if plateau 500 rest 300 eq
And so on…

You got me here - interesting question.
I will start by saying that I was lucky enough to have good teachers from the beginning which prevented me from making some mistakes I may have made otherwise. Saying that, it’s not that I didn’t do stupid things or experiment on myself.
Here’s what I would do differently.

  1. I would probably have started a year or two later than I did and got the most out of my natural progress. I began around 21.
  2. I would use insulin less and would time it only around my workout paired with good intraworkout nutrition (this was an area of big mistakes and I didn’t know about Plazma).
  3. I would only use pharmaceutical gear - the dosage from underground and the fact that a lot was unclean impacted me. Pharm you can usually use a lot less (or very high quality).
  4. At the beginner level (until getting to a point of winning say a national level show), I would keep it to the very basics - no more than 750 test per week, and maybe some masteron/Primo/Winstrol/Anavar in the cutting phases. At an advanced level (nationals or over) I would up the dosage and add tren/GH/insulin at low dosages). At a pro level and getting closer to Olympia I would take as much as needed as long as blood work allows. The biggest difference at that level is a very high dosing of GH (sometimes up to 36 iu per day if affordable). As you grow large, mature muscle mass and the more years you use juice, the more you need to up dosage…point being, every cycle from day 1 I would take the very minimal needed to see progress and dont be greedy (i have been at fault for this thinking more is better). If my first cycle was 500, I wouldn’t increase the dose until I saw a plateau and made sure that my nutrition, training, etc were maximized completely. If I had done this personally then now after so many years I would be able to take less than I currently need to in order to see progress. When you look over 20 years of juice, the less you take the better.

Since the majority of viewers in this forum don’t compete Or don’t want to I see no reason to ruin their health running high doses from the get go
As you stated 750 maybe 1000 mg total weekly is more than enough to built an impressive physique if nutrition-training I are on point!
But 95 % of people are too lazy to do that and rely on high dose gear to get results which of course are short lived if you go back to cruise doses cause the nutrition and training aspect are not there to support a big musculature…

So I started my blast, I work up to 450test/450eq I am gonna stay here as I feel pretty good so far. Also started Cialis at 10mg a day for BP/pump reasons sex benefits are just a bonus. Also on 10mg tamoxifen and 6mg Asin Ed as the Asin is underdosed. So when I started I was running 40mcg clen for a rapid mini diet. I’m gonna run the clen another week, then slowly work up the calories again. I’ll get you some pre diet and post diet nphotos to see if I should continue before I go and blast again.

  1. You up gh dose in precontest than in off season or keep same dose?

  2. Do u stop use gh and test in the last 10-14 days before contest or not?

  3. Do u stop all injection in the last week before contest and stay only on orals or not? If not, when u did last injection? Last Gh and Test?

  4. When do u stop cardio before contest and when u have the last weight training before contest?

  5. Do u belive in cut the carbs in the last week and up carb in the last 2 days before on stage or u keep same diet?

  6. When u cut water and sodium before contest?

I usually run EQ higher than test (maybe bump to 500 & 750 if this is a blast?). At this dose you probably just need the Nolvadex - you don’t really need both unless you are having issues.
Sure post pics if you want some feedback.
If you have any other questions on this let me know.

  1. If anything I dose GH higher in the off season because I’m using it to grow. Pre competition I mostly use it to stay full, burn fat, prevent injury, and get better texture etc…you don’t need as much during times that your not aiming to build new tissue.

  2. this completely depends on the show - if I am aiming to look fuller or dryer etc. I had shows that I didn’t stop until the night before the show and others that I cut it as early as 10 days out. It depends on the individual - how much water they hold, how their body responds to other gear, etc.

  3. Sorry this one is also individual and depends on the person, the show, the prep…everything…you can do 30 shows with 30 different protocols. Unfortunately, there isn’t a magic protocol for much of these answers. If you need specific advice to prep for a show, I recommend getting a good coach who can work with you day by day through your nutrition and drugs. I had shows that I even did test E all the way to the end (5-7 days out), some that I did test prop or suspension all the way to the night before the show, and others I cut test completely 2 weeks out. Orals you usually run all the way to the show (especially anti E).

  4. You need to make these decisions as you get close to your show. The leaner you are, the sooner you can cut it. Nutrition, training, cardio, and drugs are all things that can’t be formulated leading up to the last days of a show so I hate to give you anything “general” since it may not work for you as an individual. Do the minimum amount of cardio you need to be ready and nothing more…if you are ready 10 days out awesome, if you’re not then keep it in. I usually train all the way to the Thursday before the show but around 10 days out my training changes a lot (again individual).

  5. ideally if you’re ready you don’t need to deplete and load (or minimal). Sorry to sound like a broked record but these aren’t questions I can answer for you properly. This is all so dependent on your body. In general think that the less “drastic” things you do the better (including carb depletion/loading)…your body likes homeostasis and gentle changes. If you do your prep well and are truly ready, your last days should be maintaining what you’re doing rather than huge alterations.

  6. If you don’t have a coach helping you with your prep and show, I wouldn’t mess with your sodium. Whatever you did for your diet, keep doing that - its too easy to mess this up and in most cases it does more harm than good and you’ll come bloated or flat (see note above about the body liking homeostasis). Water cut depends on the water load…it depends on the length of the load, the amount you drank, if you did mess with sodium etc. It ranges from 24 hours to not cutting at all and being able to have sips. If I had to pick a general time I’d say around 16 hours but honestly that’s just a big educated guess.

Hi Shadow! I got a question about test suspension. Whats your thoughts about it?
Im looking for a aas that still can build good amounts of muscle but can pass my body quickly IF I get tested.
It seems that The only option i have is eiather that or test p. But i rather use test s.
And have u tried tren suspension?

A couple questions that will help answer your question better:
What level is your testing? (WADA?) and how frequently?
What sport is this for?
Urine testing or blood also?
Do they test for diuretics or just AAS?

Technically both test and tren suspension (if they are 100% pure/real) are awesome for strength and building mass. The drawback is that you need to inject very frequently to get the best effectiveness …like twice per day (some even go as far as 3 per day). They are very potent but they only stay in your body for 3-6 hours so if you want to actually build muscle and not just strength (strength is what this is normally used for) then it needs to be very frequent. Depending how much notice you get before testing, you can drop them out. Technically after 48 hours (2 technically but I wouldn’t risk it) you should be able to pass a urine test (depends on what they are looking for exactly and how well they look). The reason I ask about diuretics is because if you have testing that requires showing up within 5 hours then a good mix of diuretics can mask the drugs. This is all very general but its a starting point to do research from.

Im not competing. But IF someone in my family suspects anything, i will get tested.
I was on my way to compete But when they discovered my aas use i had to stop.
Now Im looking for ways to still be able to grow muscle, But still be in The safe zone.
And by grow i mean 2-3kg muscle per year and not in a “natural” standard.
But yeah… Maybe i can deal whit 3 injections per Day… Gotta try.

Your family must be loaded if they’re gonna test you for steroids. That ain’t a cheap test. Even the 4.2 billion dollar UFC doesn’t test everyone on every card.
