i have watched 2 videos of hi pulls. one was you, and the other was the girl you re training.
from what i can see in the videos, it looks like yours go straight up. the girl goes up with a little pull in towards the collar bone or neck.
i have done the prior many times, i recently tried with the little pull in. feels a little awkward. will tke some time to get used to. plus, it seems that i am not very flexible at that position. even without a bar, i can onlymbring my elbows so far back. my traps get crunched up.
so my question is. which of the 2 should i focus on?
if its the pull in at the top, do you have any suggestions to get more proficient at them?
