CT: Thanks for the High Pull Blitz article a few months back. My SGHP PR went from 275 to 315 following the program and I also gained noticeable size in my traps/rear delts. You rule Sir.

Hi, do you follow the blitz for 2 weeks or 3?
You mentioned you analyzed high pull technique, can you recommend any articles or resources?
Done it for one week and already everything is starting to feel lighter
