Sexual Arousal & Strength

I’m sure I’m not the only guy who’s experienced this.
But sometimes during a good intense workout I may become sexually aroused and my strength skyrockets during this state of arousal, in fact I get some of my best PR lifts.

What’s going on here and how can I learn to tap into this sudden surge in strength at will?

So does this mean that masturbating during a workout is a good thing? I may have to start working out at home. Why not combine two things I’m good at.

i once read that its best to ejaculate once every week right after your hardest workout of the week, and the rest of the week you should just get sexually stimulated but never ejaculate.

OK so its a surge of Testosterone causing the horniness and sudden extra strength, gotcha. But still wish I knew how to switch it on whenever I wanted.

Sounds very weird but works is looking at porn or something(ass worship thread) and try and have a bonner for 5 mins straight then workout right after (I lift alone at home) It makes you a lot stronger.
