Sets of 3 vs Sets of 2

#1

CT,

When focusing on strength while maintaining current body weight, is it ok to do positional strength and explosive strength for sets of 2 vs sets of 3 or are there benefits from triples that you don't get from doubles (assuming same number of sets)?

I believe for best results sets of 2.5 are best.
Never ever do sets of 3.1 or you will literally explode

Hey Bro,

Responding to posts like Liam’s isn’t worth the time. My question is perfectly valid and I’m not changing my mind because someone thinks the question is dumb.
