Sets and Reps, EDT

Right, I’m new to this site but have been have read so many different training articles that you guy’s have posted.

One that has really caught my attention is the EDT, sounds awesome.

Now i know i will sound like a wally (and i’m sure someone will comment) but how exactly do the sets and resp work, how many reps per set should be done?

Can someone help me with this one?

There is no fixed sets and reps. you have 15 minutes to do as much reps you can in your 2 chosen exercises. Charles Staley recommends no more than 5 reps/exercice, and use your 10 rep max. Your first 5 reps will be easy, but near the end, you’ll go down to 4 reps, then 3, then maybe some doubles and singles.

The key is to beat your last week’s PR. After a 20% increase in the number of reps, up the weight and start back.
