Hey guys I’m working my own program and i feel like I’m doing too many set, seeing as i am hitting about 26 per workout. My main goal is to build muscle and strength. heres an example of my back work out:
Dead lifts 3x5 DROP set 2x8
Shrugs 8-10-10
Row 8-10-10-12
lat pull downs 8-10-10-12
Face pulls 10-10-10
Barbell Curl 8-10-12-12
Super set (3 sets 8-10 reps) Wide grip pull down and hammer curls
