Serious Glute PIP

Sweet mother Mary… So to start off I always pin in my delts. Rotating between each one Mon-Thur. Got a wild hair last Thursday and figured I’d pin in my glute. Apparently it was a bad idea or I just didn’t do it right considering I never pin there. The glute I pinned in is completely tore up. Today is day 4. It’s slowly getting better but it’s red, covers most of my glute, painful at all times but walking is horrible. Can’t sit or put any pressure on it. Pinned 1cc @ 600mg of deca. Wondering how long I should deal with it before getting to awfully worried. I’ve dealt with PIP before in my shoulders but not like this. Had heat to the touch for about a day but that has since gone away. Have been taking Ibuprofen. Any other tips? This one’s pretty rough.

Heating pad, massage the area, and time. You need to disperse the oil.

So you’d go with a heating pad over an Ice pack? Tends to loosen up as I walk but I’m still walking around like I just spent the night in jail.

I know an ice pack will reduce the swelling but I think you need to get the oil out of the that virgin muscle. Have you tried squatting or leg presses to contract the glutes and get it moving?

I would alternate heat and ice. What size needles are you using? Dont drop the soap

Is that normal? 600mg of Deca per 1 CC? I havent taken deca but I referred to my source and theirs is 250mg per ml. 600 mg seems like one hell of a dose. Feel free to correct me on that. Maybe 250mg per ml is low. My 1cc of test in quads or glute hurt like I got knuckle punched but that doesnt bother me to much.

Yeah my test is 500mg per ml and my deca is 300mg per ml. so that was my bad on the original post. So really it was 300mg that tore me up. I was gonna run my cycle at 1000 test E and 600mg deca a week but think I’m gonna cut those numbers in half. As for squats getting up on the toilet is enough to make me start reaching for a wall. Have a feeling if do squats my ass is going to the floor.

Either drop your weekly totals or just split the shots up and do multiple pins rotating quads delts glutes. That’s alot of volume but not to crazy. It’s more than I’m used to dealing with. My 2 cc a week vs your 4 cc a week.

This is the majority of your problem, the concentrations are very high which leads to crazy PIP. We’ve seen it before.

With lower concentrations arnt I just going to pin more often. In one way or another being sore. I mean my delts take everything great 95% of the time. Really can’t say I’m going with the glute again. Haha.

Have you tried? Red X marks the spot. This is the only muscle I’ve never gotten PIP from.

Yes but for some reason you shoulders are handling the high concentrations better. Probably because of constant movement
