Wow he looked in incrediable shape for 70 years old. How did he die? Any details? I mean judging from that video I would think he would have another 10-15 years shit.

There was a ton of ‘conspiracy’ surrounding his health problems…do a google search…

He looked very healthy.

His training was high density, low intensity. I bought his CD and tried it for a while and lost a lot of bodyfat with no real gain in muscle size. I am sure I just wasn’t eating enough to support the volume.

I saw it to be about 52, which is around 20 inches.

There’s no way Serge had 24 inch arms.

That’s still impressive for ANY age, no less 70.

RIP top 5-6 ever in my opinion. Aesthetically, he was one of the best ever. Chest like Bertil Fox w/ a better taper, smaller waist, more pleasing abs.

no crazy striations, no freaky size or vascularity, just huge amount of sculptured aesthetics. This is what bodybuilding was supposed to be.
