I believe in a previous post by somebody reference was made to a workout designed by (Ian King or Charles P. I think) that basically consisted of a series of workouts that you did sequentially. For example, there could be a chest workout, an arm workout, a leg workout. The first day of the week that you workout would for example be the chest day. The next day that you work out would for example be the leg day. The next day that you workout would for example be the arm day. All you did was basically follow the sequence of the workouts advancing to the next workout, the next time that you trained. I believe that this workout was designed for the person who has difficulty in following a specific training schedule (i.e. 3 days on , 1 day off etc.) If anybody knows where I can get some information on this type of workout, it would be greatly appreciated.
