Sequential Development Pattern Warmup?


Hi Guys,

I thinking of implementing a sequential development pattern routine as part of my dynamic warmup with my clients, mirroring the movement progressions an infant makes from when theyre born to when they take their first steps.

Im thinking it will look something like starting on their back, rotating onto their front, to crawling etc before my normal dynamic warmup routine.

Has anyone ever used this sort of routine before and have any information which might help me construct something a little more solid?
