Missed posting a few training sessions, but did some squats yesterday that went pretty well!
135x8, 225x5, 275x3, 315x3, 365x2, 405x2x2 (PR)
I have hit a double with 405 before, but this is a post injury PR as well 4 reps with 405 is the most I have ever hit in one training day. That felt pretty good, and I am hoping to hit 425x2 which would be 10 lbs off my current 1RM. Going to start Smolov squats next month. Just going to run the base cycle though because right now my squat is not a bit issue for me, so I want to get back to another bench program right after four weeks of squats.
