September 12th Deadlifts

Another deadlift PR without a belt on. Gonna keep training without a belt for a while, and see if I can crack the 500 mark without it. Before last week the most I had ever done beltless was 405x1, and just today I PR’d with 425x3 and 450x1.

Full workout:

Deadlift: 135x7, 225x5, 315x5, 365x3, 405x3, 425x3,(PR) 450x1 (PR beltless)
Hammer curl: 35x10, 40x10x4
Lat pulldown: 150x12x5

425x3 gives me a projected max of 467. I really feel like I could have hit 4-5 with 425, but I wanted to save my energy to go higher. Next week I am going to try to work to a heavy double, hopefully 445-465. Once I pull 440x5 I am pretty sure I will be able to crack 500 beltless easily, and I will try for a new 1RM. Things are going GREAT!
