Hey Coach Thibs,

I've just begun to clean bulk starting about 2 weeks ago, and I was reading some scattered thoughts and opinions on eating protein, carbohydrates, and fat each separately. I know you prefer carbs in the morning and fat in the afternoon, but do you eat each portion seperately?

Also, What is your eating schedule like?
