Weights are the same only because I haven’t lifted anything heavy in a year or so…I plan to keep adding 5-10 pounds per workout…my stronger lifts will keep adding weight while the weaker ones plateau…also I’m very lazy (outside of the bedroom and the kitchen) so using the same weight makes it easier.
Open minded wife…what about my ourbo bouro? She’s not just a dunkee.
And She Say…ai yi yi…the mmfm’s I gotta put up with to bang her and Ourobouro at the same time…don’t get me wrong…I like to see her happy (and dp’ed, but it’s a lot of work my cute, squatting friend).
I pulled my groin about a year ago…add in turning 40 and a bunch of other garabage and you have good rationale for quitting lifting…
