There seemed to be a great deal of interest in the senior T-man training and support, and then it fell off. Will T-Mag pursue this area? Hanging in there at 44.

I’m still here Hanging in there! I’m making great progress on Mag-10 and Arley’s program. I’m now up to 242 from 235 in just 3 weeks. Bodyfat has dropped to 11%. I’m getting stronger every week. Looking to squat 500 x5 at the end of this training cycle, and deadlift the same. My recuperation has been excellent. I’m looking forward to phase two with great anticipation.
