Semi Renegade workouts

I’m a bit bored at the moment and feel like a bit of a change, I am looking for something to do for next 7-8 weeks and thought about some renegade type stuff but not the total full on workouts just a 3 or 4 day split using some of the exercises and rope work. I have read the top 9 exercises and other articles and rather than muddle along thought someone might have done something similar.

I think that your idea is excelent. Asuming you are doing the tradional bodybuilding lifts, you can do the “renegade” workouts without all the hardcore cardio. These will be a refreshing change for you. You might also try some powerlifting routines which can be found on this site or westside’s site.
