Strength training (deadlift and bench orientated, no squat rack here =( )
Nootropic stack consisting of DMAE, vinpocetine, piracetam, oxiracetam, bacopa,pramiracetam and aniracetam (can't wait for it all to arrive)
A book on how to make friends with anyone
Supermemo (an algorithm based software for improving memory)
Getting a head start on undergrad econ by reviewing free MIT course material =) hopefully, I will make the transfer to the arts department.
Meditation, it helps me concentrate better, and to feel physically more relaxed
FOAM ROLLING on a pvc pipe is such a bitch
Yes, I do not do cardio... I really should, but something about it just makes it so unappealing.
