Self Improvement!

I’d like to hear your ways of self improvement, whether its physical, emotional, or spiritual.

To start things off, this is what I do.

  • Strength training (deadlift and bench orientated, no squat rack here =( )

  • Nootropic stack consisting of DMAE, vinpocetine, piracetam, oxiracetam, bacopa,pramiracetam and aniracetam (can’t wait for it all to arrive)

  • A book on how to make friends with anyone

  • Supermemo (an algorithm based software for improving memory)

  • Getting a head start on undergrad econ by reviewing free MIT course material =) hopefully, I will make the transfer to the arts department.

  • Meditation, it helps me concentrate better, and to feel physically more relaxed

  • FOAM ROLLING on a pvc pipe is such a bitch :wink:

  • Yes, I do not do cardio… I really should, but something about it just makes it so unappealing.
