Ive read that selenium is an aromatase inhibitor and that its also required for an enzyme that deactivates estrogen by putting a sulfate on it..anyone have any blood test experience to back up the claim? I know for me taking zinc i was able to drop from 28 to 22.
You would be better off avoiding xeno estrogenic sources in your environment. Things like bottled non BPA free water, Liquid hand soap, cooking or storing food in plastic, there are other potential sources but cannot recall. Those are the most common and easy to fix though.
