i am about to start CT’s superhero program. I just was not sure what he means by seated incline lateral raises. Does he mean chest supported incline lateral raises? or does it mean that you should sit down just like you would for incline db presses but do side laterals?
chest supported, your chest is against the back of the seat
You guys described two different ways of doing it, and I think SBT is right. The Gmoore described to me would simply be called chest supported lateral raise.
