seated dumbell snatch

I’m doing the renegade training vip program and one of the exercises listed i’ve never seen done before : the seated db snatch. if someone could tell me how to do it i would be very greatful

Sit on a bench or swiss ball (probably better) and grab 2 dumbells. Let your arms hang and bend forward at the waist to start. Simultaneously extend your back and shrug your shoulders and snatch the dbs overhead. Don’t expect to use a lot of weight to begin with. This is a tough exercise because it removes the leg drive.

I enjoy doing these unilaterally, as well. Play around a little with it.
