Searing Cramps

Just a basic question. I always get searing cramps on my upper front rib cage after a certain amount of cardio...to the point that I have to stop. But then after I chill out for a bit I'm good to go for a while. What's the scientific reason for badass cramps and what's the best way to avoid them? Bananas? Stretching? Testosterone injections?

Don't eat fatty foods before cardio session or don't eat prior to training. Or your just horribly out of carido shape.

sounds like runnners stich.. avoid shallow breathing/drinking or eating alot before cardio and stretch your abs beforehand
