i was reading the most recent issue of Fight! magazine ( http://news.fightmagazine.com/sean-patrick-flanery-bjj-3144/ ), and saw that Sean Patrick Flanery from Boondock Saints is a BJJ blackbelt, and actually won the Pan-Ams in 2003. i looked it up, and he’s listed as Sean Patrick, and it’s also when Kurt Pelligrino won as a junior bluebelt ( http://www.ibjjf.org/results.htm ).

I rolled with him at the club I was training at in Toronto. He is very talented and barely broke a sweat while handing me my ass. Good guy too. I didn’t recognize him until after class and everyone was talking about it.
