Anyone do the Seal Fitness Challenge? It was in Seattle today and my girlfriend went out and did it (after teaching two fitness classes in the morning).
The Seal Fitness Challenge is a series of five events to see how you compare to the fitness standards for the Navy Seals: 500 yd swim, pushups, situps, pullups, and a 1.5 mile run.
My girl had the following scores:
Pushups: 89 (2 minute limit)
Situps: 98 (2 min lim)
Anyone else do it and want to post up their scores?
