new guy here and my grammer and spelling suck so take it easy on me. i have been lifting on and off about 8 years, i do strongman but i would like to slim down some and just look cleaner. i'm 28 5'9'' 260 about 20% bf done some orals "sd, sd pp bridge, winny, hdrol,tren" this is my frist test , clen, and t3 cycle so i want to get any advice i can. so here we go:
test e 1-10 250mg mon and thur
sd. 10mg 20mg 30mg 30mg weeks 1-4
t3 60mcg 70mcg 80mcg 90mcg 100mcg taper down the last week weeks 4-10
clen 40mcg add for 2 weeks off 2 weeks 4-10
maybe 10-12 t prop if so move t3/clen back 2 weeks
clomid 100mg 75mg 50mg 25mg
then just supports and so on. im not looking to get ripped or any thing just see my abs.
