So I’m at the gym on leg day, and I start doing some squats. Nothing unusual, until I woke up the next morning. I have a severe pain in my spine just under my neck. I went to touch it, and my spine is fricking popping out. Has this ever happened to anyone else?
Maybe you rested the bar too high on your neck. It should be across your shoulders, or try one of those manta ray blue plastic things.
