This one goes to the grapplers: Any hints/tricks on healing a overstrained elbow faster? You see, I’ve kinda screwed up my elbow about a month ago at a No-Gi workshop (actually, it was No-Gi Judo). I’m not a doctor, but I’d guess the biceps sinew was over-stressed. Now I’ve got a fight coming up in April and can’t really do any grappling. Any tips here on how to accelerate recuperation?
