I took out the ballistic movements that I added in last week just because I thought it was doing more harm than good.

Squat - 215lbs 5/5/5/5/3 Bah, my first failure on squats
Overhead Press - 85lbs (2nd attempt) 5/5/5/5/5
Deadlift - 235lbs 5
Chin-ups - 10/5/3 Not very happy about these, but I felt torched by this point for some reason

Bench - 160lbs 5/5/3/2/2 Guess I’m at the point now that every increase in weight will take me at least 2 attempts…
T-bar - 180lbs 13/12/10

All three squat racks were taken up the entire hour I was there, so I had to improvise. Had to stray from the normal program.

Slowly but surely I guess?
Any suggestions if I should be ramping instead of using straight sets on this program?

Squat - 225lbs 5/5/5/5/5 My form suffered just a bit on this, so I consider it a technical failure…I’m going to do it one more time tomorrow
Bench - 165lbs 5/4/4/3/3 Going to try and push through this on Friday
T-bar - 70lbs 15/10/7
Push ups - 12/12/9
