Scrambled Egg Soup

I know the name sounds sort of sick, but I just made up this recipe and it’s pretty damn good.

6 Eggs
1 Cup Cottage Cheese
1 Slice Processed Chedder
Curry Powder to taste

Cook the eggs first until they are fairly cooked, and then add everything else. It will eventually turn into a thick liquid consistency, but still can be eaten with a fork.

Next time I may consider adding spinach as well.

Not bad, I say add a crap ton of veggies and maybe some meat and call it a damn good meal.

Sounds good. I think that it needs some spinach, maybe some brocoli or something else green and then it is perfect.

I would probably add a bit of olive oil to get the fat up a bit more, but good amount of protein and carbs for me.

Not to highjack but I made something along a similar vein, I called it “cheeseburger eggs”. Basically it was a shitton of scrambled eggs with browned ground beef on top and a little melted cheese.

Eggs are the shit!
