Scott Sonnon

I am wondering what people on here think of his methods. He mainly uses Clubbells and bodyweight when training clients and himself. Seems to be against Barbells and Dumbells, not entirely sure why.

Have many here heard of him? I’m interested what you all think of this ‘contreversial’ coach.

Doing his mobility stuff (Intu-Flow) can be very relaxing. He has some interesting moves but I haven’t tried any clubbell training so I can’t comment on that.

He isn’t ‘against’ dumbbells or barbells, he just proposes that Clubbells are a more efficient and simpler way .
His stuff is good!
