The first time i used it, i couldn’t find the scooper. Anyways, I stirred instead of shaking, and it didn’t mix as well. I prefer shaking even if it does foam
It foams a little, but if you let it sit for 30 seconds (which is hard after a tough training session when you just want to slam the thing) it will go down. Just give a little swirl and chug.
