I have suffered from scoliosis very much and in my time (and still) there was not enough research on the subject so i learned things with trial and error. So I decided to make a video about it so people won't go through the painfull road I went through.
Here is a quick summary for people who dont want to watch the video:
Get a x ray and determine your scoliosis
Do stretches that is gonna fix your scoliosis
Do 1 handed deadlfits and presses
Do shrugs for shoulder which are getting affected by scoliosis.
Dont forget your body moves around your spine and if there is a stability problem in spine this will affect your every lift not only deadlifts or squats. Mine affected more on squats and shoulder movements.
