Scivation's Cut Diet

Team Scivation seemed to have scored heavily on this one with their controversial author, Chuck Rudolf.

He came out a year ago when he introduced his diets - low-carb / low insulin that actually builds muscle mass while lowing fat.

He’s the only dietician i know that doesn’t prescribe post-w drinks but instead eats whole meals 45-60 min after exercise. instead, he uses whey isolates and BCAAs during workout.
