I have 3 weeks off from school, i’ve lost some muscle over the last several weeks due to stress, studying and crap eating habits. i am gonna use androsol for the first 14 days, and will be able to eat pretty much whatever i want. i ordered 60/40 cas whey mix with aminogen from proteinfactory, and other solid meals will be mostly clean. we will be on vacation in florida for the first 10 days. i want to put some size back on. i think i have all the bases covered. anything i’m missing?? i will finally be able to train and relax and eat.
